Health & Safety

The information provided on this page is current as of January 5, 2022, and will be updated as protocols and regulations change.  All registered attendees will receive final protocol information in the weeks leading up to the Conference.

Comfort, health, and safety have always been a top priority for CSNM events.  With the daily changes affecting our workplaces, federal, municipal, and provincial guidelines, leading up to our 2022 Conference in Saskatoon, CSNM will continue to monitor and adhere to all health and safety protocols.   COVID-19 and its variants are top of mind to all of us and this is something CSNM takes very seriously.

The safety of our participants is our number one priority. At this time we have no reason to believe that the 2022 CSNM Conference and AGM will need to be cancelled. As healthcare industry professionals, we all know that COVID-19 will be an ongoing health and safety risk that all businesses will have to manage with informed measures. Should circumstances no longer allow for a safe in-person experience in Saskatoon, registration fees will be refunded in full.  If the Conference switches to a virtual event, registered attendees will be informed of all possible options, including a full refund of Conference registration fees.

Vaccine & Mask Requirements:

CSNM will require all attendees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon checking in to registration on-site, in addition to requiring all attendees to wear masks unless actively eating or drinking. Masks are not required for outdoor networking opportunities; however, we encourage you to do what you are most comfortable with.   Those without proof of vaccination will not be allowed to attend the Conference.

Be Well Policy

CSNM will enforce a “Be Well” policy by all participants as a condition of on-site participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to travelling to or while onsite in Saskatoon you will reconsider your participation at the event.

To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during the 2022 CSNM Conference and AGM, CSNM is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We will communicate with each of you the best way to receive up-to-the-minute updates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2022, are subject to a 15% cancellation/admin fee. No refunds after June 1, 2022. Please send any cancellation requests in writing to csnm@csnm.ca.
