Answering the Truth & Reconciliation – Calls to Action in Healthcare: Traditional Foods Are Medicine
This session will take participants through the Saskatchewan Health Authority Department of Nutrition and Food Services’ journey in learning food’s connection to land and culture. We will also discuss our partnerships and work towards increasing the accessibility of traditional and culturally appropriate foods in the health care setting.
